How prmpt.download handles data when you buy the Mac download.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Who we are
prmpt is sold by Nivaldo Sa Caires (Portugal). Contact: [email protected].
What this site does
The website markets prmpt and sends you to Stripe to pay €2 for a one-time macOS download. The Mac app itself stores prompts only on your device. It does not sync to our servers.
Data we process
- Payment data - collected and processed by Stripe when you pay. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Checkout session - after payment, our server checks with Stripe that the session is paid, then delivers the zip from private storage.
- Technical logs - hosting (Cloudflare) may log IP address, user agent, and request time for security and reliability.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Processors
- Stripe - payments
- Cloudflare - website hosting, fulfillment, and file storage
How long we keep data
Payment records are kept by Stripe under their policies and as needed for accounting or fraud prevention. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object or complain to a supervisory authority. Email [email protected] to make a request. Payment details for a purchase also live with Stripe.
Children
prmpt is not directed at children under 16. Do not purchase if you are under that age.
